I have to ask, How do you get pics of lightning, I kept trying today and couldnt get a shot in time.

Dont know about others but Fireworks setting catches fireworks/lightening perfect on my camera. When I click to take photo it seems to wait for the burst of light before capturing the image

well you have a tripod with super fast shutter camera and remote shutter button. or you do what i do which is tripod + HD video.
