Does anyone have any pics of a 5.0L V8 EFI Throttle body, I have tried in other forums but no ones been any help, anything if a scan of a pic from a book, I just need to see where it bolts on to the manifold. PLEASE one of you has to have a pic of it or can scan in a tech photo, I've seen one for the V6 one but not the V8 and have searched the net please help me as I have no way to find out this from any other source

gday Josh is the name.
5.0L throttle bodies are identical to the 3.8L, they just have different sensors. Hard to believe i know. They just run 90" across engine bay behind fan and straight into rubber air intake , two studs hold it to manifold.

Rear?

Actually 65mm front. It is mostly hidden under the big silver plate that greets you when you open the bonnet. V6's are at the rear.

Sweet as Thanx ey!

Thanks guys :) its just that I heard its a mod that gives a couple extra hp's. It looks bigger but i can only see the front do you know if the backs the same as the V6 one like a round diamond on its side, and one bolt sticking out at the top of the thing and a hole on the bottom for a bolt to past through and have a nut on it ?

No it's actually the rear of the throttle body and I have replaced the hyperlink to the now showing picture that said "click here" with the picture it's self. If your going to try to correct someone then at least look at the post properly :)
