hey guys and girls

I'm just in the middle of doing my timing chains. iv changed the guides and the tensioners, lined the chains up with all the right markings, but when I turn the crankshaft clockwise, all 3 chains start to jump sprocket teeth, and the tensioners pop in and out while rotating crankshaft.

any help is appreciated, thanks.

Did you take the spark plugs out ?
So there is no compression while you turn the crankshaft & camshaft to line up for the other side.
[Also make sure the Tensioner and Guide/s are secure]
