ok so i have come to that point i need a new tool box to fit all my tools!

ive just been piling everything on top of everything else but now i'm thinking i should fork out for a decent tool chest,
so does anyone know of a decent one to get that wont brake the bank?

current budget will be around the $700 mark but that can move if i save a little longer

SP make some nice big tool chests, which are around $500 - $600. But I recently bought a Kincrome Platinum Series 9 drawer from Bunning's for like $298 I think. They are good quality and fairy cheap, they also have a 3 drawer add on for $179. So even if you need the add on it's still fairly cheap.

if you have some hand skills, and use the tools you currently have why not try making your own?
that way you can fully customise it exactly how you like, and it will be a one off. timber isnt exactly too expensive (type depending)
i am hoping to make my own toolbox and trolley eventually. hopefully will look like nothing seen before

could end up with something like this Studley Tool Chest

you can get every tool out of there without removing another.. no more piling them on top of each other
