Torque spec- part GM 94481022

Can someone please tell me correct torque spec for Holden part 94481022 ? (Pubx cargo tie down bolt - t45 torx) thanks

No idea, and I noticed you asked this question before without getting the answer you need, but if you are so set on toque specs the only place you will get them is from the big book with all the specs (if you can find a big book) or
you can have a looky at this

and check the settings against the bolt size and type.
