Tow kit for 2011 commodore sedan

Are the tow kits a one size fits most or are there certain models that can be used on certain cars as in what tow bar tongue ball kit etc can fit on my car its a 2011 commodore s2 sedan im not sure of what business to call to even have it put on the car either any help would be greatly appreciated

Tow bars tend to be model specific, eg VE commodore sedan. Should be able to get a Hayman Reece or Hayman Reece style for your bus. These are the most common style of tow bar now.

I just bought the car it hasnt got a tow bar or ball to tow i want to get one fitted to it

ve will require a trailer control module as well
towbars are usually rated for what you want to tow
eg 1200kg, 1800kg, 2100kg
getting the 2100kg will not cost much more than a 1200kg towbar so usually just default to 2100kg

Just curious,whats the 'Trailer Control Module'?
I thought you just buy a loom kit from Ebay and plug into one of the brake light plugs?
