Looking for a popular toyota 86 forum if any one knows, seems to be quite a few, none seem as good as Just Commodores.
My 86 is in getting supercharged at the moment. Should be sexy ;)
Thanks in advance.

Holly awesome shitballz!!!!

How much are you expecting to see from it supercharged.

The chassis on those is staggeringly good in terms of fun drive.

They're what? 147kw?

Hopefully you'll hit 200kw+! Where'd you get the kit from? Also, why not turbo?

I think supercharging is the way to go on this car because of how the car was designed and the chassis.

At the moment, power delivery etc is very smooth and uniform from the N/A engine. And the chassis is designed for this sort of power delivery.

Generally turbo's have a less smooth power delivery and aftermarket turbo's even more so.

I think, that given a supercharger retains a smooth power delivery, it's better suited to the design of this car even though that the boxer engines work well with turbo's.

Just my opinion anyway.

Turns out, there ain't no space for a turbo...or so STi says.

Such a good car (Apart from the standard wheels and noobs buying it and thinking they rule the tuning world.)

Sporty and petite looking lil ricer, not for me, nowhere near the power to weight ratio of a stock SS sedan, even with mods and a blower on it has less kw/tonne than an SS with a catback.
A blower is indeed an appropriate complement to what is a very... Asian yet stylish hairdresser's mobile... maybe it will get 162rwkw (175fwkw/tonne) and match the sportiness of the ute when it was stock?
Given the global demographic I'm sure there are hundreds of Asian hairdressing forums mate, keep looking.

Power to weight ratio won't get you around a corner, a 86 will. ;)
