my auto tranny is slipping under load.. arghh..
i've recently changed the oil/filter and that improved it a fair bit, it was misbehaving at speed when i'd take my foot off the throttle, it's like everything just went dead. oil change fixed that.
but now it slips when its cold. seems to be ok when its warm, or when i'm being gentle with it.
i don't know much about auto trannies. can this be fixed by adjusting the bands? can i do this myself?
