well hes from melbourne so i dont think the Los Angles Police Department will be knocking on his doors hassleing him about his ride height...

well why would you say lapd for? and no its not illegal to have the wheels up in the gaurds as long as your overall ride height is still over 100mm to the lowest part of you car
