Twin turbo

Hi, would like some opinions, up in there air wether to get no’s wet injection or turbo, I’m leaning toward turbo cause it’s legal and gets more horsepower but don’t know what turbo or manifold to get, any opinions? It’s for my vz ss thunder l98 ute

Nitrous is cheaper to set up in the vehicle, but the cost of bottle refils.
Turbo needs more work to fit, but nothing to refill.
Nitrous bottle would probably only be fitted and live when at the track, turbos are always there.

Not sure on ecu requirements for each.
