Hey Guys,

I've just upgraded to a tru trac diff with 3.45 gears in my vf calais.

Prior to this there was no rubbing of tyres at the rear, now I just took my family for a drive and every bump my guards were hitting my rear tyres they are only 19's and never did it prior to getting the diff done.

Is there a reason for this? The diff place did say I might need to get a rear wheel alignment, could that be the issue? Or is the tru trac generally just a heavier diff hence why it sits lower and causes the rubbing?

Any advice would be appreciated cheers

The diff housing is the same, only the internals are changed.

just get an alignment like you were advised as it’s most likely the camber has shifted.
