Unknown vacuum line on vz clubsport (LS2)

so hoping someone can tell me if im right in putting a filter on the red line and what to do with the purple line as pictured? also the blue line, is it the coolant pipe?
the purple line has a sensor in it and the blue line runs under the throttle body. the purple and orange connect to the inlet manifold behind the throttle body.
any help is appreciated.

Driverside Vac line from rocker cover to a Cable throttlebody or for DBW vehicles sit in the intake between air filter and throttle,
Vac line from Valley cover to intake manifold

Passenger side sonly should have a breather from the fuel tank that connects to intake manifold
