Not a USB port. I think you might be referring to the connector for a mobile phone car kit. I don’t think USB ports came in until the Series II VE.

i dont think theres a usb port, theres likely a port for some holden diagnostic or tuning equipment, or perhaps if its ex police it may have a connector for some kind of module or computer. wont be able to tell you unless we see it and what it connects to.
