Ute parcel cubby nets

I have a series ii ute and the nets over the wee cubby holes behind the seats (in the rear panel) need a bit of attention ,the elastic has come out and the nets have all sagged out.
How do you get the plastic retainers off , or does the whole rear panel have to come out?
