just wondering if its possible to put a V8 Gen111 5.7 in my vs

and if so would i need to do any modifications? :wave:

go bug an engineer ...


you'll be needing an entire wiring loom rehash, your ecu will have to go, your gearbox will have to go, your exhaust will have to be custom made from scratch, your STEERING RACK will have to be modified to fit the damned thing in there, your front suspension will have to be upgraded to take the extra 3 people that will be sitting in your engine bay, your dashboard will have to be replaced, airconditing - gone, all the ancillaries will ahve to be relocated or replaced, your radiator wil need upgrading, and to suit that all your coolant lines will need modifying. plus im sure about 4 million other things. plus the plethora of **** that always crops up during these kind of works .....

and THEN you have to get it all approved...

Been done before. Very expensive and imo not worth it. Just buy a SS and stroke it!!
