My guess is a bad lead or maybe a plug.

From first principles, if it wasn't a problem before then 1. it's either something that the faulty coil has caused or 2. something that has happened as a result of the coil replacement process.

1. There have been reports that faulty coils can damage the ignition module under some circumstances.
2. What else (if anything) had to be removed/replaced in order to replace the coil. There is very little clearance between the back of the Holden V8 engine and the firewall, and replacing the coil is a bit of a struggle. It may have been necessary to remove leads and other items which could have damaged the leads or plugs (as accentstencil has indicated).

Could be a dirty fuel filter too.try it if the leads and plugs dont fix it.
