best way to fix bad tail light earthing?

whats the best and easiest way to fix bad tail light earthing?

yeah mate i have a vc to and it is awsome. I am still trying to get the interior immaculater and i have new door trims, dash and carpet coming custom made. multiple bonnet air vents are the best to keep my 351 trimatic looking good with a wild violet paint job.VC rules.
