VE 09 Electrical help please

I recently put a new head unit into my car, most lights in my car have stopped working since.
Anyway, I was changing my speakers yesterday and the battery went flat - I got the battery charged and the all the lights - (brake, park, high beam, interior and door lights) ended up working again.
Started the car again this morning and they're off again.
Fuses are fine, can anyone help??
