VE 2007 Omega Sedan Dashkit Upgrade!

Afternoon all!
Finally I have bought and had installed the;
AVIC-F30BT & VE Custom Dash kit & Love it!
I installed the Option Audio 1200w amp & sub, capacitor & fuse dist kit.
However. After lengthy disussions with "Tonkins Car Audio, Hamilton Holdens, Southgate Holden" etc,
they are all unable to enable/find the Upper Display Unit with the Tech 2 Kit.
Ive researched online and seen other VE Omega's with the LCD displaying Battery Voltage & Oil pressure.

Does anyone have any idea WTF is going on or how I can rectify this problem as its rather annoying =(
