Hey mate, l see your in Auckland.
Your single spinner = non LSD?
I thought that the VE V8 Calais had factory LSDs. If you can't source one in the Auckland, hopefully someone like @losh
will chime in. If you can google it
there have been a few threads relating to this on the forum.

I might have one for sale but freight will double my price. Better off with a regear and fit a Kaaz like I have in my spare diff.

Nah not yet. Three weeks I pick up the diff, then it will be a couple of weeks after that before the mech will be here to help fit it.
I need to find out how I go about what I need to do to get on the strip. I believe the local UPI owner drags, so I'd like to pick his brain. I'd be guessing but probably January before I'll get a run. I don't even know if the track is running. Last I heard the lease holders had done a fair amount of damage due to all the burn out comps they were holding there. As a result the owners were supposed to be taking it back over.

Kaaz is a really strong LSD centre.

Not all Calais have LSD’s,
Mine is not a LSD
A friend of mine also has a Calais and is also a open diff
I did see it was an option when ordered,
But I did see the Thunder’s had LSD’s.

Cheers mate, l couldn't see anything about it on the build sheet. It must have been an option on theirs.
