yeah you'll use a bee's dick more fuel because its reving higher. But If your going ahead a spent the money to do this job properly and change your diff and correct your speedo of cares about using an extra litre per 100 km

Fuel consumption is not effected by changing diffs

Couldn't be further from the truth.
I went from 3.45-4.11 in my SS and economy jumped from about 15l/100 up to 20l/100
Ur car will rev alot quicker. I would say 3.45. Just buy a brand new diff.

he was talking about stock diff to 3.27..not stock (2.92) to 3.9 or 4.1. There wont be a change that would notice at all going to a 3.45 max. A big step up in Diff's like you have done would be a noticeable change. but I wouldn;t of expected that much to be honest.
