Cheers Folks,

New in here, so hello out there first of all.

Couldn't find a thread that matches my problem though searched, so try new here.
And i can't imagine i am the only one with this problem.

Just bought a brand new VE Series II MY 12.

It simply seems impossible to pair my ipod touch (or alternatively my ipad 3) via Bluetooth with the IQ-System to listen to music wirelessly...

Gone through all the procedures, unpaired my phone before of course, it simply refuses to connect those devices via Bluetooth. Can't play my music conveniently therefor and it SUCKS !!!!!!:hmmm:

Anyone experienced similar issues? thoughts? solutions?:idea3::idea3:

thanks for any helps guys, i highly appreciate it...

cheers

May be able to help, I have found the problem is not the car but the device.

Every now and then my iphone will not pair with the car, turn the iphone off and leave it off for about a minute.

Turn it back on, let it boot back up. Then try to pair again.

If that does not work delete all devices on blue tooth setting and do same again (turn phone/device off again).

I find this works for me.

If the device has the option to auto connect/reconnect this needs to be on, this seems
to work for some android devices.

I suggested auto reconnect might be able to fix your intermittentt pairing problem, sorry should have worded it better. Cheers

1st thing, there is no such option on any iOS device to sync automatically, it just does.

Try this.

Go to Config on IQ, Bluetooth, set as discoverable
Go to iPad, settings, general, Bluetooth and set on.
On the IQ it should pick up the iPad and ask for a code, enter a code and press OK
On the iPad it should ask for that code, enter it.
Hey presto!!!

Ensure no USB devices are connected as Bluetooth streaming will not work while USB is plugged in.

Click on Media on IQ and press the Bluetooth steam tab, IQ will ask you to open the media on the iPad and it should be playing.

I have done this and I know it will work.

Cheers

The ipod touch won't pair with IQ, you can only do the bluetooth thing with other ipods. As for the ipad, it should pair, BUT, there is surely more funcionality using a cable, at least you can control the device, charge etc
