Hey all.

Long story shortish.

Mates VE SV6 with an LLT had the timing chain stretch issue. Holden tried widening the parameters. Still no good.

He sourced another LTT engine. I have installed it in the car.

However it turns over fine but wont fire.

It has no codes. Fuel pressure. It has plenty of oil.

No spark.

Any ideas. Cheers

Try using the cam sensors from the original engine, also the crank angle sensor too.

Update. Ive swapped all the front cam sensors etc x8 sensors. Swapped the crank angle sensor. Swapped the fuel injectors (**** job). Still cranks but doesnt fire. Ive had a snap on solus ultra on it and it shows no codes. I'm officially at a loss as to what this could be. They are both LTT engines. The only difference i can see is the timing covers have ac5 and Br9 Barcode labels. Is there any thing in the timing setups that changed between these variants. Next stop i think is holden

You only changed the engine yeah? You didn't swap the ECU or anything did you?

Yeah just the engine. Same ECU. Same loom. Same tranny. Scratching my head here
