ve nock in front end

when i hit bump & pot holes the front left make a bad nocking noise holden tell me i need to replace some bushs does any one know what bushs it would be

I have exactly the same problem I am yet to get it checked out but every know and then i hear a knock.

I've been dealing with this one with my mechanic for close to two months now (car been in five times) so if anyone has worked out what the solution is please let me know. I tried forwarding that tech bulletin to them but not sure if they actioned it.

Has anyone successfully got rid of the noise?

Grab hold of the swaybar and if you can slide it left and right the D bushes are shagged. Replacement ones are designed better and shouldnt fail.

If that checks out ok it could be the control arm bushes.

hey guys andd gals, i had that problem and repalced the D bushes, installed nylon inserts between the struts & springs and it fixed the problem. There are also some other posts i have seen on this issus to.
