Ahh cool cause mine is tuned to a 3.27 diff atm
Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
Mike, how many kms on it and is working good? Also will I need a retune with he 3.45 diff?
Mate sounds good ill pm youI replaced it with a 4.11 LSD as it's a manual and the 3.45 was too tall. It's done 130000km and being a mature owner it has had an easy time. It was working perfect before I removed it.
Oh really that sounds sweet that's what I'm after a it higher rev cruising on the motorway at 110 Might have to give this 3.45 a goi just changed the diff on my 2006 calais v 6ltr (auto) from a 2.92 non lsd to a 3.45 lsd much nicer to drive quicker off the line, more pull in lower gears and on the open road runs about 200rpm higher at 110 kph
Sounds good calv seems a lot have gone with 3.45 gears. I've got a question can I take my diff into a specialist and get them to put 3.45 gears in my diff?
What's the 4.11 ratio like? Much difference from 3.45? Also what's the rpms cruising at 100 km/h?I replaced it with a 4.11 LSD as it's a manual and the 3.45 was too tall. It's done 130000km and being a mature owner it has had an easy time. It was working perfect before I removed it.
