Just wondering if anyone knows what causes a gap between the grill and the top of the bumper to happen and how to fix it

Mine doesnt look that bad but have the same issue the only good thing is that if comes off easy if u have bugs in ur radiator fins

those 4 clips arent pushed all the way in. got to get your hand in behind the grill by taking out the pin/clips things on top and push that #### in while supporting from behind.

what causes it, is holden techs rushing when refitting the front bar. Only happens to mine EVERY time it goes in under warranty. As above, just needs to be clipped in properly.

are there meant to be anything inside holes in the bumper cause mines just got holes and nothing for the clips to 'grab' into

I'm not sure, to be honest - mine has always just clipped back in pretty easily. I'll have a look a bit later on.

I read on another forum that a guy filled that space in with those Audi-esque LED strips. He's gonna be awful pissed when he finds out his grille wasn't clipped back in properly.
