hey guys...have a quick question.

Recently noticed that when i accelerate hard, more evident on third gear high revs, that the car "pushes/veers" to the right.

Had Con check out the car with the wheel alignment and rear diff/craddle and he reports that everything is normal.

note, rear tyres have recently been replaced, brand new Khumo Ecstas....

just wondering if anybody has had this happen before.

Also, i have had this happen, but this was due to a flat rear trye...

thanks guys.

have u checked its not grabbing on brakes. but only when u accelerate. also check u dont have a stuffed shocker. which is not working 100%. had simular on other car. when they did a shocker test on pedders machine. had a stuffed shocker. which was causing my car to lean more on one side. could even be a front bearing grabbing causing it.

You did do the basic thing and check tyre pressure?

It isnt something as bizarre as the rear tyres not fitted in the correct orientation rotation wise?

If it were me, I would check alignment/camber, wheel balancing, tyre pressure, diff, wheel bearings, ensure rear tyres replaced are set to the correct rotation.

If it's pushing to the right, either something from the left is pushing or something on the right is restricting. There are others out there who'd know alot more than me on this.

ok guys just an update.

Seems the pulling may have been from a flat front left tyre...
we pumped it up and it still pulled to the right.

we did a rotation and a 1.5 hr wheel alignment.

the car now pulls to the left..

So, the current setup
Front tyres: NEW
Rear Tyres: 50% (left tyre was the one that was flat)

Tyre wear on the rear are the same (left and right)

so i still have no clue why l'm pulling left upon accel, not as much as when the tyres were on the front (pulling to the right hard)

i'm think it may be the tyre condition ?
