Hi all,
Just picked up this car and gotta say as my first V8 I'm in absolute love!!
I plan to change a few things stereo wise though, I'd like abit more control over base etc but before I start pulling sh*t apart was after abit of info regarding the two "subs" behind the driver and passenger seats (I'm really struggling to find a straight answer so far). What size are they and how much space is there in the holes they will leave when removed? Can i fit a nice punchy set of 8" subs in their place?

they are 8inch, moulded to a plastic frame so the sit correctly on the rear shelf, 40w 2ohm, I just installed a small separate amp to mine (they don't have them in the SS) improved bass, but not doof doof
