Ve ssv sat nav problem

Hi there I have a 2012 ssv series 2 sat nav was working fine went to use it and comes up on dash with satellite navigation not instilled every thing else works fine just not the sat nav any help would be much appreciated

The SD card(which contains the nav database) may require 're-seating'.
