Ve sv6 spare wheel

Have just purchased a 2010 sv6 & the spare is completely missing, will a full size 18” fit? Or do I need to find a steel space saver or something? does anyone have or know of anything around Logan city Brisbane?

Full size will fit, and is much a safer option for you and your family, and they are not that expensive.
As the Space saver is on meant to be driven at 80km/h, which is not a safe option on a 100 or 110 Km/h road/freeway/highway,
As they are really on a crossply tyre, not a Radial.
