Ve sv6 sway bar D mounts replacement

Hey guys, I have a clunking sound and my passenger front tyre is wearing hard on the inner tread at the moment. I have spotted run marks/ movement on the sway bar to D mounts. I have the mounts and just wondering if it's as simple as undoing the 2 bolts to each mount and replace or do I have to Jack it up and undo the sway bar links also doing the mounts, I have looked on Google and it's a bit un clear with the D mounts? Thanks guys.

undo the bolts is all that is needed .. no jacking up required
(unless its an LS3 engine with the alternator in the way which yours isn't)
