ve ute, best springs for lowering? and best hight?

hi guys currently looking into lowering my ute, im just stuck on how low i want it, can you guys put up some photos just quickies, or recomend something? and is it always nessesary to put shortened shocks in aswell? i was looking at sl front and back? basickly 50mm all around
