VF gps not picking up satellite signal

My gps is not picking up any signal, just shows Melbourne code, with an icon GPS which is crossed out. Recently the tailgate (sportswagon) was removed to fix a dent, could this suggest anything. I have no idea where the gps receiver is or what it looks like. Thank you.

Sounds like they could have damaged something. Refer to the attachment. You probably need to get your car scanned to display any error codes to help narrow down the cause of your problem.
