They look like PPV Mules to me. Have been available to US police forces for over a year now.

The last one could be a VF mule. Can't tell much from that footage.

I think the fact that the last one is covered in camouflage it suggests that this could be a new model. Either way I'm not a fan of what they look like..

Maybe the only one that will actually be the look of the VF was the one with the cammo, the other ones were vfs but perhaps put different bumpers and such on so that people couldnt tell?

looks kinda like a toyota bumper on one of them haha

I understand that Holden are cruising around with camouflaged VFs at the moment so they could well be. I agree with the last post, the first cars perhaps are testing components so have different front ends on to throw everyone off.

I hear there are caprices cruising around also so my guess is the first couple of cars are those.
