Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
The W310 doesn't pass current legislation so I wouldn't think it will pass any new (I assume heavily restricted) legislation.
If you want a 100% EPA compliant car, leave it standard, only way.
I wouldn't worry about noise, not like it will pass emissions any way so not EPA compliant.Wish it was that easy, already paid for the W310 back in august when I ordered my redline. Install is Friday, so I guess a request to keep the stock exhaust could come in handy.
Either this W310 will push me into trouble with the law and I'll have to fit the old exhaust or the new EPA legislation is more focused towards pushing the bikie clubs out of Vic with their crazy loud Harley's. Nothing like the sound of the W310, best sounding modern V8 I've heard, just hope I get to hang on to it for a while.
