Would a VE HSV trans cooler fit a VF Calais V6?

Probably not without modifying the hose route or mounting remote either of which would be painful I’d suspect. Its also not an overly large external cooler either depending on your application probably better off spending a bit more to get a good set up for a vf or having someone make a custom setup. I found spending the extra coin for aluminium snap lock fittings was a good choice also if planning to keep the car

If you do go second hand route, ignoring issues of size and installation difficulties, you also need to factor in the cost of chemically flushing the old radiator and it’s lines clean.

After all you don’t want crap from a possibly unserviced auto trans making its way into your well maintained pride and joy.
