VF2 Redline ute or E3 Maloo

I Have narrowed it down to the VF2 Redline and the E3. Maloo for an irresponsible future purchase around the $40k mark.
I have not driven either yet and already know both will give me a grin from ear to ear.
I am looking to keep it long term and have no plans for future mods.
I am Interested in others opinions on what they think is the better ute and why?
Also it would be good to hear from people who own either and what they like/dislike about them.

Why not have both? It won't be the easiest thing to find, but you can get VF Maloo's for $40k ish. That's what I'd be doing.
