VF2 Sports Dead Pedal??

Greetings all,
I've searched high and low for a sports dead pedal for my VF2 Calais and can't find anything anywhere to match the sports brake & accelerator pedals. Even the final SSV Redlines have the crappy black plastic LH foot rest.
Anyone seen them or know where to look?

This is a great question.

Something like this may work if you find something the right size.

Or maybe something like this from the Camaro.

EDIT: Just sent them an email if they have anything for the Chevy SS/Holden Calais.
