VH Fuel Tank Removal

Thanks guys! Now I know what I'm in for when I do the tank on my VH. I'm doing the v6 conversion from a vr got the whole car cheap as!

Yeah mate it was a piece of cake! Only problem I had was a rusted tow-ball that stopped me getting to a bolt on one of the straps. Ended up bending the strap back which made it near impossible to bolt back in.

My biggest problem was the vent hose.

yeah man, that friggin hose. i ended up using a cold chisel and BFH to beat the crap out of the floor and lift it up a bit, then used axle grease to slip it through. but mate, there were a few curse words floating out of my shed that day.
