VH SLE centre cap line

Just a curious question. Why does the holden loin on a VH SLE centre cap have no line under it and some do

The pentagon shaped caps appeared on both the VH & VK model Commodores/Calais, also another version was on the JE Camira (not interchangable with Commodore). Anyway the logo on the VH cap had the lion with the line running underneath. The VK version did away with the line running under the lion (it kind of looked unfinished). This VK cap also continued on the VL as an optional alloy wheel on the Berlina's (not to be confused with the Calais polished alloy wheel with the round cap). I hope this helps.

Thx mate. Ur right, Without the line they do look unfinished. I got a VH so I'll get the ones with a line.

Sounds right to me. My SLE rims have the line and the VK Calais rims dont.
