VTII Olympic Edition
Hello All,

Have a 1999 Olympic Edition. I get a vibration when driving around 40-60km/h, worse when not accelerating. Some days it will be really bad and others I will hardly notice it.

I have checked the engine mounts, driveshaft and centre bearing and none of these are the issue, also not tire pressure or wheel alignment.

I'm thinking it may be the transmission as when I put it into neutral it almost instantly goes away? any ideas what it could be and how to fix it, it's driving me mad. (pun intended)

Thanks

Thanks, It's an auto. Will take it up to the mechanics to get them to check it out. As i said, when i stick it into neutral it almost instantly goes away. The idle seems a little rough also.

So they have replaced the CV joints, now i have a new/different vibration, it seems more constant, there when accelerating, cruising and braking. Any ideas.
