The RWC requirements haven't changed AFAIK. The documentation and evidence of compliance has been ramped up no end. If your car is in road worthy condition you have nothing to worry about. Last I checked there were no extra specific requirements for a VS Commodore than any other car.

the only new laws are the rw testers need to take photos of the vin and speedo and needs to be taken at the workshop where the tester operates from. no new laws regarding vehicle requirements tho.
