VK 308 Standard Stroke build questions

G'day guys, Im looking at getting some ideas on what is needed for a reliable street package that will put out 250kw at the engine. Ive currently got a stock black 308 in my VK and the 355 stroker route seems to be more than what I would like to spend. A few things I would like to maintain; keep it under the bonnet, keep factory Quaddy as I have already had it reconditioned, I also want to maintain the early heads as I have extractors and twin 2 1/2 inch exhaust on the car already.

I have been told to look into; 955 manifold, be prepared for alot of head work, flat tops.

Any additional feedback would be greatly appreciated.

350hp (250fwkw) from a street driven std stroke 308 is a big ask
it will need comp, yes flat tops, big cam, major head work

the 355 is better...imho
