VK Calais rear boot mould strip

Hi All,

Just wanted to ask if anyone has a good technic on how to restore rear VK Calais boot strip mould to factory look after many years it's very faded etc

I'm interested in this as well, I was planing on attacking mine this weekend.

Rare Spares produce all the reproduction garnish and tail lights for the Calais except for the boot moulding. NOS come up on Ebay rarely but be prepared to pay up to $600 for it. Sorry not much help.

Head light polish/Colgate. Does wonders on lenses. MAy work on the strip too.
