i got a spare jatco 4 speed from a vl and a trimatic in my vk stearing rack are they expensive does anyone know where i can get 1 cheap

You can get vk autos from the wreckers a fair bit cheaper. If you do, make sure you get an vk efi one though, as they have been stregthened over the auto carby one.

Try this, for the electric windows, any good reputable auto parts store will have some silicone spray, lubricate the strips up the window where the glass runs and it may open and close easier. for the speedo, you need to find out what type of gearbox it is, and possibly get a new speedo drive gear which sits on the gearbox end of the speedo cable.

i just blew the smitherines out of my vk calais trimatic and it just cost me $700 to replace
