vl brake opinions.

hey guys, I've just brought a vl executive wagon, it currently has disc fronts and drum rears, they feel pretty sloppy and the pedal is very hard.
Just wondering what brakes people are running, if they have upgraded them or just running different pads/rotors ect.
I'm restoring this car and would appreciate all the costs of the different options.

More curious to see if its worth buying a disc brake diff.

originally these brakes had a very spongy pedal due to holden fitting a master cylinder that was too small, many drivers had a larger one fitted
