Greetings,
anyone got any leads on VL HDTs being parted out or complete wrecks for sale ?
I am chasing a set of ID tags as the car I have purchased is an insurance write off after being stolen. Upon recovery the tags were gone and body number ground of the suspension tower,the MOMO wheels were also gone.
I have sourced another set of genuine HDT MOMO wheels and have got new HDT tags.
All the certificates and sales stuff the car was delivered with has also been recovered from the original owners including a brand new HDT gearstick knob and other items the owners had still in there possession.
Extensive research via the South Australian Transport Department and Police enabled me to locate the original purchaser and the second owner from whom the car was stolen.
It is a genuine Plus Pack and is HDT build number 20 of the 1986 VLs.
Any help in locating some replacement GMH body tags would be a blast.
