whats that about making the air hose 50% bigger? i didnt understand that bit.
also, pods suck in hot air, isnt that a bad thing? or less power

Not if you put a heat shield over it.;)

I like pods, because they look coold, and the shields are nice and shiny. lol

Not if you put a heat shield over it.;)

I like pods, because they look coold, and the shields are nice and shiny. lol

lol, they really do nothing as the engine bay is still hot, touch your intake piping i bet its not cold :)

1: panel filters are better for vl's
2: pod's are better

which one is it?

i had a k&n panel filter on my vl for about 9 months. i also made the hole in front of the airbox bigger and made a duct out of galv sheet. it was better than standard but not much. so i got a SAAS pod for $15 and it was better even without a heat shield. now with a heat shield its a hell of a lot better. so there is my opinion, pods are better
