Cheers mate! I get a lot of comments from people about how stealthy it looks, this guy the other week heard me pull into the carpark atwoolies but after I parked & went inside he said he had a look over the carpark but didn't see anything that could sound like that haha, he was impressed

Get a stock vlt setup and bolt it on. That's all we did to jakes car.
Fuel pumps are fine. I'm running 12psi in my conversion on a n/a fuel pump.
So do many.

Nice work. Had my VL a while now, want to turbo too!

So you havent changed fuel pump?

Some more info on what you did would be sweet, Im on a budget and won't be thrashing it.

Pretty much what Nath said. Stock VLT setup (turbo, manifold, dump etc), front mount, cooler pipes, thermal fan if you want (I'd reccomend it), lots of alcohol lol

yeh i just researched that :D

I have a s1 vl berlina, so if i get factory setup will I need to do oil drain to sump for turbo still?

plus Ive already got a thicker aluminum rad, would that will be enough for stock turbo setup ?

cheers

Pretty sure you will yeah, and I'm running my stock radiator that has been welded cos' it popped last year haha, she's still going strong. If it goes again I'll upgrade to a larger one but it isn't needed, not for a stock setup anyway since they were the same radiator in turbo models I think

Same rad
If u don't have the tapped holes already in the block for turbo setup it will be a pain in the ass to do a convert. Get an s2

U can run oil feed from where oil pressure sender is on cold side of block under plenum.
For drain u will need to drill the sump and weld in a fitting for drainage.

Water feed will need to be sourced from cold side of block around the water pump hoses and turbo water return is plumbed back into the heater return line..
