Hi guys. Ive been looking fir a vl turbo wagon LSD diff to chuck in my wagon for about 4 or 5 months and I haven't seen even 1 for sale.

At this point i'm tempted to buy a vl turbo sedan diff and just weld the wagon shocker mounts onto it. (for people that don't know, the shocker mounts are in different positions in the wagons and sedans).

If my wagon wasn't lowered then I would just put the wider vn wagon 28 spline LSD ( they are not as hard to find) under it, but my car is lowered so it won't fit.

So has anyone got any other suggestions or input on this problem?

Cheers

Putting everything into the wagon diff housing is a bit of a pain and a diff shop would have to align everything. Welding the shocker brackets onto the sedan housing would be easier I recon

align everything? your joking right? the only thing they have to do is shim the bastard. welding on the brackets could be a bigger pain in the arse considering you want to be mm perfect

But i'm not wanting to go to a diff shop at all. I'm just after something that I can do myself at home.

you can do it yourself just buy some shims if you need it or make a diff spreader
